Shipping policy

1:Processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

2. Shopping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time between 3-6 business days.

3. Shipment conformation and order tracking:

You will receive an Shipment Conformation email once order is shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours. 

4. Customs duties and taxes:

NØVAWEAR is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order, all fees imposed during or after shipments are the responsibility of the customer. (Taxes, tariffs, etc.) 

5. Damages: 

NØVAWEAR is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
